Actually, after 4-5 months it gets physically impossible to sleep on your stomach, yaar. Better to start practicing side-sleeping early with a good pregnancy pillow.
In the first trimester it's fine since the baby is tiny, but apps recommend switching to left side sleeping as the bump grows. It really improves blood flow to the baby.
Listen to your body and don't stress if you wake up on your stomach occasionally. Just pray, stay positive, and gently roll back to your side whenever you realize.
I was very anxious about this, so I stopped sleeping on my stomach as soon as I got my positive test. Side sleeping, especially on the left, is much safer for the baby's oxygen supply.
