Im a stomach sleeper since forever and now in my 5th month its getting uncomfortable. Was wondering if sleeping on my tummy is even okay anymore? Feeling thoda worried i might be doing it wrong.
Oh my god, please don't even think about doing anything like that. Pregnancy is such a delicate time, and any unusual positions could potentially be risky. Stick to what your doctor advises for sleeping positions. It’s always, always best to be extra cautious and gentle with your body.
Upside down?! My anxiety levels just shot up thinking about it! No, definitely not. Your uterus and baby are growing, and sleeping in such an unnatural position could affect blood flow or put pressure where it shouldn't be. Please stick to side sleeping, that's what all the doctors recommend.
I really don't think sleeping upside down would be advisable. Beyond the obvious discomfort, any position that could put undue stress on your body, especially your core and blood flow, should be avoided. It's important to prioritize comfortable and safe sleeping positions for both you and the baby.
Haha, yaar, upside down? Like handstand wala? Actually, that sounds really uncomfortable even if it wasn't pregnancy. Seriously though, avoid any position that puts pressure on your tummy or makes you feel dizzy. Best to stick to side sleeping, especially left side.
My mother and MIL would never even let me sleep on my back after a certain point, let alone upside down! They always said it's for the baby's comfort and good blood circulation. It's always safest to sleep on your side, beta, especially the left side. Listen to your elders and doctor on these things.
