I have this cold and everytime I sneeze hard I feel a pull in my lower belly and it makes me nervous. Im in my first trimester. Is it actually fine or am I overthinking?
Haha I had the same fear in the beginning, like is my sneeze going to disturb the baby. Trust me the little one is in there having a cozy time, totally safe. Sneeze away yaar, just keep tissues handy.
Yes of course, sneezing and coughing are completely fine and harmless to the baby. The baby is well cushioned inside. You might feel a little pull in the belly later on, that is normal too, just support your tummy if it helps.
I used to hold my belly every time I sneezed thinking it would hurt the baby, I was so anxious. My gynac laughed gently and said it is completely safe. So please dont overthink this one like I did.
