In my first trimester and my body feels so stiff in the mornings. I really want to do some light stretching but mil keeps saying dont raise ur arms up. Is gentle stretching ok or no?
Please be very careful with any physical movement or stretching. I had some bleeding complications in my fifth month, and my doctor strictly put me on bedrest with no stretching or yoga. It's always best to ask your gynac first before trying any new stretches.
