Someone at home suggested arolac but im not sure if its meant for pregnancy at all. Dont want to take anything without knowing, planning to confirm with my doc also. Has anyone here been prescribed this?
Arolac is generally used for digestive health, but during pregnancy, our bodies react differently to various supplements. It's always best to have a balanced diet and consult your gynecologist before taking any over-the-counter medicine. Don't risk it without professional advice.
My toddler keeps me on my toes now, but back when I was pregnant, I had severe digestive issues and wanted to take Arolac. My gynac advised me to avoid any self-medication and prescribed a safer alternative. Please ask your doctor before taking it.
I also suffered from bad gut issues during my pregnancy, but I avoided taking any powders without my doctor's prescription. Try increasing your fiber intake through fruits and drinking lots of warm water instead. It is always safer to ask your gynac first.
When I was at Max Healthcare, the hospital staff strictly told me not to take any supplements or digestive powders like Arolac without checking. I would highly suggest calling your doctor's clinic to confirm if it is safe for your specific week. They can suggest a safer option if needed.
