Can i take bath hot water in pregnancy 1st trimestar?
Im just 7 weeks and the cold is killing me, so i really want a nice warm bath. But my saas keeps saying garam paani is not good in early pregnancy. Is it actually true or just a myth? pls share.
Hey, try to use lukewarm water instead of super hot water. Extremely hot water isn't safe for the baby in the first trimester. Just relax and don't stress too much, standard warm baths are totally fine.
My hospital staff strictly told me to avoid very hot water or saunas in early pregnancy. It is best to clarify with your doctor or coordinator during your next visit. They will give you precise temperature limits.
Beta, always use lukewarm water, never too hot. In our times we used to mix a few neem leaves in warm water for a refreshing and safe bath. Keep it simple and take care.
In my home, my MIL was very strict about this and never allowed hot baths during my first trimester. She said it creates too much heat in the body which can be risky. Better to stick to normal lukewarm water.
I am currently planning to conceive and researching about all these small things too. It's so confusing na! Warm water is safer than hot from what I read online.
Super hot water can raise your body temp which isn't good right now. Just mix normal tap water to keep it lukewarm. Simple bucket bath with mild warm water is safest and works best.
Technically, raising your core body temperature above 101 degrees Fahrenheit in early pregnancy is risky. So absolutely no hot tubs or steaming baths. Just normal warm water is perfectly fine.
I used to love hot showers but completely stopped them during my early months. Now my little one is running around and I look back and realize how extra cautious we get. Just switch to lukewarm, you'll be absolutely fine!
I am in my 5th month now and even I was so scared of hot baths in my first trimester. I only used barely warm water because of the fear. Did anyone else also feel super anxious about minor things like this?
