Lately i feel a bit breathless and i read deep breathing helps with stress and the baby. But i wasnt sure if taking really deep breaths is okay or puts pressure somewhere. Anyone does breathing exercises during pregnancy?
Deep breathing kept me calm and peaceful during my pregnancy. I would sit quietly and breathe slowly every morning. It is soothing for the mind, do it whenever you feel tense.
Deep breathing is actually lovely in pregnancy, it relaxes you and helps with stress. I did slow breathing as part of prenatal yoga that my doctor approved. Just dont strain or hold your breath too long, keep it gentle.
Absolutely, deep slow breaths are great and even help later during labour. I practised them when I felt anxious or breathless. Nothing to worry about, it is good for you and baby both.
