My hb came a little low in the last report and i had dexorange lying at home from before. Just wanted to know if anyone took it during pregnancy, i'll ask my gynac also but wanted to hear ur experience first.

I was given an iron tonic in pregnancy but only because my gynac prescribed it after my blood test. I won't say take it on your own. Please show your reports to your doctor and let them decide.
Iron tonics are pretty standard if you are low on hemoglobin, both times I was on one. But don't start any supplement yourself, get your blood checked first. Let the gynac confirm before you buy anything.
Haan iron ke liye doctor hi batate hain na, apne aap koi tonic shuru mat karo. Mujhe bhi blood test ke baad hi diya tha. Ek baar gynac ko apni report dikha do.
My doctor put me on an iron syrup once my hemoglobin came low. She said iron supplements are common in pregnancy but the need and dose depend on your blood report. So get your hb tested first and let the doc prescribe.
Get a simple hemoglobin test done first, it's cheap and tells if you even need iron. Then the doctor will tell you the right thing. Buying supplements blindly is just wasting money and not safe anyway.
