Acidity is burning my throat at night and I have Digene at home from before. I dont want to take it without checking with gynac. Was anyone told it is okay during pregnancy?
Most gynacs do prescribe an antacid in pregnancy when acidity is bad, mine did. But the doctor's advice is best here, just call the clinic and ask, they wont mind.
Yaar acidity in pregnancy is the worst honestly. My doc actually let me take digene but she told the quantity, so pls dont just start on ur own, ek baar pooch lo.
I wont say take or dont take, thats really for ur doctor to tell. I just remember my MIL gave me thanda doodh for that burning feeling and it helped me a little.
I took digene in both my pregnancies for acidity, doc had okayed it. But still better u confirm once with ur gynac, kyunki everyone's case is different na.
Acidity drove me crazy too but I had some issues in my pregnancy so I never took anything without asking. Antacids feel harmless but really check with ur doctor first, theyll guide u properly.
