Can i take multivitamin tablets daily while trying to conceive?
We just started trying this month. I have some general multivitamins lying at ghar, can I take those daily or should it be something specific? Dont wanna take anything wrong.
Taking prenatal vitamins is actually great, but it's best if they are prescribed. I started my folic acid and multivitamins only after my gynac's green light. Combined with my light daily walks, it kept me feeling very active!
I started my multivitamins during the planning phase itself, and honestly, I'm glad I did because once pregnancy started, my severe morning sickness made eating normal food impossible. Do ask your doctor to prescribe a good one.
When I was trying, my doctor explained that daily prenatals help prepare the body for the baby. I took them daily and continued throughout my pregnancy and even now while breastfeeding. Definitely consult your gynac for the right brand.
Aww, don't stress too much about all these pills! Yes, taking multivitamins or folic acid daily is super common when trying to conceive, but just get a quick prescription from your doc so you take the right one.
Haan na, taking multivitamins daily is actually very good when planning a baby. My doctor also told me to start them early to build up my nutrition. Better to ask your doctor once for the right tablet, ho na.
I was very careful with everything I took even before conceiving. Some multivitamins can have different compositions, so my doctor chose a specific one for me. Always get your doctor's advice instead of self-prescribing.
Actually, taking folic acid and multivitamins daily is super important when trying, yaar. My doctor put me on them three months before we even started trying properly. Just ask your gynac for a quick prescription.
My mom always made sure I ate healthy home food, but she also insisted I follow the doctor's medicine chart. My gynac had prescribed a daily prenatal vitamin while we were trying. Do check with your doctor for a safe prescription.
My mother-in-law gave me dry fruit laddoos for strength, which was great! But alongside, my doctor also prescribed a daily multivitamin tablet. It's a great habit, just get the name from your gynac first.
I can only share what I did. When we were planning, my gynecologist prescribed me a daily prenatal multivitamin and folic acid. It's best to consult your own doctor to see what your body needs.
Generally, doctors highly recommend starting prenatal vitamins or folic acid at least a month before you start trying. But don't just buy any random OTC brand. Let your gynac check your blood reports and give you the best multivitamin.
Eating a balanced diet with lots of leafy greens and nuts is amazing when planning. But for vitamins, especially folic acid, natural sources might not be enough, so a doctor's prescription for a daily prenatal is highly recommended.
