I am too impatient this cycle because we timed everything properly. Period is still a week away and I want to test, but scared of wasting the kit. Has anyone got a positive that early?
Dont stress too much, but honestly 7 days early is pointless, the test cant pick it up yet. Save your money and your nerves. Wait a week, test with morning urine, and you will get a real answer instead of a confusing one.
You can take it but 7 days before period is too early, the hcg is usually too low to detect, so you will likely get a false negative. Wait till the day you miss your period for a proper result. Testing early just wastes kits and stresses you out.
I did this exact thing, tested way too early out of impatience and got a negative, then panicked, then it was actually positive later. So learn from me, 7 days before is too soon to be reliable. Try to hold on till the missed period, i know the wait is torture.
Technically you can but accuracy is poor that early, the hormone hasnt built up enough. My tracker app actually warned me not to test before the due date for this reason. If you test now and its negative, dont trust it, retest after your missed period.
