Not right after, the hormone takes time to build up after implantation. Most home tests work best from the day of your missed period or a couple days before at the earliest. Testing too soon usually gives false negatives.
I learnt this the hard way, tested like a week after and got negative then felt sad. Turned out I just tested too early. So waiting really is worth it na?
Give it at least till around the missed period for a urine test to be reliable. If you really cant wait, a beta hcg blood test can pick it up a bit earlier. Your gynac can order that if needed.
