Can i take pregnancy test before missing period?

Question

Period is still 4 days away but i just have this feeling and honestly cant wait that long, the suspense is killing me. Will the test even show correctly this early? anyone tested before their date?

My doc told me early tests can detect from around 7-8 days after ovulation but only the very sensitive kits. She said first morning urine gives best chance if testing early. For surety wait few more days.

You can but result may not be reliable yaar. Before missed period the hcg is too low to show clearly. I always waited till at least the day my period was due, otherwise faint lines just confuse you.

Arre dont rush it. If u test too early and see one line ull keep crying, been there. Give it few days and use morning pee, much clearer.

I tested 3 days early last time and got a negative, then positive after 2 days. Honestly it made me so anxious. Did anyone else get a false negative this way?
