Caught a bad cold and someone at home handed me a sinarest, but i didnt take it coz im 2 months pregnant. Now im not sure if its okay during this time. Will check with my doctor before taking anything, just wanted to hear if anyone was told its fine or not.
For a mild cold I just did steam, warm water and rest, that helped without any tablet. But for actual medicine like Sinarest, only take what ur doctor approves, na. The body is sensitive right now.
Please dont take Sinarest on your own in pregnancy, it has stuff thats not always recommended. Call ur gynac, they will give a safe option for cold. I never took any cold medicine without asking mine.
I'd really avoid self medicating with this. When I had a bad cold my doctor gave me something specific that was safe, not a general tablet. One quick call to her is worth it.
