Practical advice: if you must travel, try to book an AC tier for a smoother ride and choose a lower berth. But since it's the starting of your pregnancy, please check with your gynac first to rule out any risks.
During my regular check-ups for thyroid, I asked my doc about travel. She suggested avoiding long journeys in the first three months. Definitely consult your doctor during your next follow-up.
It really depends on how your pregnancy is progressing. While trains are comfortable, early pregnancy needs extra care. Better to have a quick chat with your doctor before booking tickets.

Listen to me, don't rush into any travel plans in these early weeks. Your body is doing a lot of hard work right now. Take rest and travel only if your doctor says it is absolutely fine.
