Someone gifted me vit e capsules for skin and stretch marks and im 5 months now. Not sure if i can just start taking them on my own or should i ask my gynac first. Has anyone taken these during pregnancy?
Honestly most prenatal vitamins already have a bit of vit E in them. So check what your doctor has prescribed first, you might already be getting it. No need to take extra without asking.
For the skin and hair people use vit E a lot, but oral capsules during pregnancy you should clear with your gynac. I personally only took what was written on my prescription and nothing more.
I would say dont start any vitamin on your own, even vit E. My gynac added some supplements to my list but only after checking my reports. Better to ask her before adding anything.
