You can test whenever yaar, but for the clearest answer just do it first thing in the morning. Dont stress over a night result if it's unclear. Hold your pee a few hours or wait for morning and retest.
I tested at night out of impatience and got a faint line, then a clear positive next morning. The apps all say morning pee is best because hcg is most concentrated then. So night is okay but morning is the gold standard.
