Can i travel in bus during first month of pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant and i have to take a 4 hour bus journey next week for a family function. The roads are quite bumpy na, thoda scared if it'll affect anything this early. Is it safe or should i avoid?
Please be very careful, especially in the first month when the pregnancy is delicate. Indian roads are full of bumps and jerks. I had early complications, so I'd strongly suggest asking your doctor before traveling by bus.
Haan na, first month is very delicate. Bus travel me bahut jhatke lagte hain, so it's better to avoid it if possible. Apni safety sabse pehle hai, ho na?
I only did light walking in my first month with doctor's permission. Bumpy bus rides can be very jerky and risky, so please avoid them if you can, or check with your doctor first.
Haan, first month mein thoda dhyan rakhna chahiye. Bus rides are usually very bumpy, so try to avoid them. Agar jana hi hai toh bahut aaram se jao and local auto or rough rides toh bilkul mat lo.
My baby is a toddler now, but I still remember how scared I was of bus rides in my first month! Honestly, those heavy jerks are not good. Try to avoid long bus journeys for a few weeks.
My saas specifically told me not to travel by bus or auto in the first three months because of the bad roads. If it is urgent, talk to your doctor and see if they can prescribe something for safety.
If you absolutely have to travel, try to take a train or metro instead of a bus because of the potholes. If bus is the only option, sit in the middle seats, never in the back where the jumps are worst.
