Can i travel short distance during early pregnancy?
I need to go for a nearby appointment, only 30 minutes by car, but I am 5 weeks and scared of every movement. No bleeding or pain right now. Is short travel usually okay?
I was so scared to even sit in the car in early days. But my doc said short trips are okay for a normal pregnancy. Did others travel in the first trimester without issues? i was overthinking it honestly.
I commuted daily in early pregnancy, totally manageable. Keep a water bottle and a snack for nausea, wear the seatbelt low under the bump, and dont sit too long without stretching. Confirm with your doc if youre high risk.
Short distance is usually fine yaar, i travelled to work all through early pregnancy. Just avoid very bumpy roads, keep water and snacks, and take breaks. If you have any bleeding or pain history, ask your gynac first.
For most women short travel is fine, but in my first pregnancy i had spotting so my doctor asked me to limit it. If your pregnancy is normal go ahead carefully, but if you ever had bleeding or pain, please clear it with your gynac first.
Haan short travel is fine na, dont make it a big thing. Bas avoid jerky autos and long sittings. Mere saath bhi early days mein kuch nahi hua, just listen to your body.
