I was already on the heavier side before getting pregnant and my reports show im gaining fast. Part of me wants to control it but im scared dieting will affect the baby. How do u manage weight safely in this time?
With my PCOS I had weight concerns too, but I didnt diet during pregnancy. My gynac guided me on portion control and movement instead. Please dont restrict food on your own right now.
