Can i undergo dental treatment while in pregnancy?

My back tooth is paining bohot and dentist ne kuha hai a filling needs to be done. Im 4 months pregnant and thoda darr lag raha hai about the treatment, anaesthesia waghera. Is it safe in this phase? pls anyone.
