Skin gets really sensitive during pregnancy, so be very careful. Just like I had to monitor my diet closely due to GD, I also kept my skincare simple and chemical-free, sticking to basic moisturizers and gentle soaps.

When I was staying with my parents, mummy made a natural ubtan with besan, milk, and a tiny bit of haldi for me to use as a body scrub. It felt so relaxing and completely safe for the baby.
