Mosquitoes are crazy at our place these days and i usually use the liquid plug-in one and sometimes the cream. Now that im pregnant im not sure if its safe to keep using. what do u all use to stay protected?
Generally nets and covering up are the safest bet during pregnancy. Some repellents are fine but it is best to confirm with your doctor before using anything on your skin. Avoiding mosquito bites matters too, so dont skip protection entirely.
I just used a mosquito net and wore full clothes in the evening, no chemicals near me. It worked well and felt safe. Simple and easy, no need to worry.
I preferred safer options like mosquito nets, full sleeves and plug in liquids in a ventilated room. Avoid spraying chemicals directly in closed spaces. For creams on skin, ask your gynac which ones are okay.
