Having some itching down there since few days and someone at home suggested vicks for relief. But im 6 months pregnant na so im not sure if thats even a safe area to put it. Honestly feeling a bit shy to ask doc directly so asking here first.
Vicks is only for chest and nose yaar, not for vaginal area at all. It can irritate badly. If something is bothering u down there, get it checked, dont put random things.
No please dont use vicks on private area. If u have itching or discharge or burning there it could be infection, and that needs proper checkup. Go to ur gynac, dont self treat that part.
Beta avoid this completely. Whatever discomfort u feeling there, just tell ur doctor honestly, they hear this everyday and will give safe treatment. No home tricks on that area pls.
I get the urge to fix itching at home but that skin is too delicate for vicks. I've had infections before and only doc's cream helped. Better to get checked, dont risk it during pregnancy.
