I used to take a vit c tablet daily for immunity before pregnancy. Now im 14 weeks and not sure if i should continue or stop. Anyone still taking it with doctors ok?
I mostly got my vitamin C from natural sources, lots of nimbu pani and seasonal fruits. Felt the safest way honestly. For any pill form please ask your doctor first.
Vitamin C from fruits like amla, orange, guava is great and I ate plenty. For supplements my gynac said only take what she prescribed and not add extra on my own. So food yes, but check before popping any vitamin tablets.
