I have a headache and usually use Zandu Balm for relief. But now that I'm pregnant, I'm unsure. Can I use Zandu Balm during pregnancy, or should I avoid it? I don't want to take any risks.
When I had GD, I became extremely careful about reading labels on everything, even skin ointments. While a little Zandu balm is generally fine, always check with your doctor first if you have any pre-existing conditions. Better to be safe than sorry!
Using a tiny bit of balm is usually okay, but make sure you don't put it near your chest or hands where it could transfer to the baby later. Honestly, a simple warm compress or a light head massage from your husband works even better.
I just delivered my baby last month and used Zandu balm quite often for my headaches. My doctor said applying a tiny amount on the temples is totally fine, but don't rub it all over. It gave me quick relief without taking medicines.
I am in my second trimester now and get these bad headaches. Is it really safe to apply Zandu balm? I got so scared thinking if the chemicals absorb into the skin, did anyone else use it without issues?
Same here, my neck and forehead hurt so much because of bloating and gas. I wanted to apply balm but the smell is so strong, I worried it might trigger vomiting. Has anyone's gynac explicitly allowed or disallowed it?
