Im 6 months and getting bad headaches off and on. Usually i just apply zandu balm on forehead but now thoda scared if its safe for baby. Anyone used balm during pregnancy ya should i ask my gynac first?
Generally, it's not recommended to use strong balms like Zandu balm during pregnancy because some ingredients can be absorbed through the skin. It's best to avoid it, especially if you're not sure about the components. If you have a headache, try a cold compress or just rest, and check with your own doctor.
With my thyroid during pregnancy, my doctor was very strict about anything I used, even topical stuff. I would strongly advise against using Zandu balm or any such product without asking your gynac first. It’s always better to be safe and get their direct approval for any medication or balm.
Absolutely not, please avoid it. My doctor had strictly told me not to use any strong balms or pain relief creams during both my pregnancies. It's safer to just avoid applying anything topical that isn't specifically approved by your gynac. Dont take risks with such things.
I also get mild headaches sometimes. I wonder if it's safe to use balms like these. My friend told me not to use anything without asking the doctor first. It's confusing, right? What if it's just a small headache?
Honestly, pregnancy mein risk lena theek nahi hai. Why take a chance with a balm that might have strong ingredients? If something goes wrong, hospital ke expenses, tests, everything costs so much. It's practical to just avoid it or ask your doctor specifically.
