Please check with your gynac first, mine had advised me to limit long walks because of my condition. For some it is perfectly fine, for others not. Dont just follow general advice, get your own doctor green signal.
One hour is fine for most if you are used to it, just keep water with you and dont push in heat. I walked a lot in both pregnancies. Stop and rest if you feel any cramp or breathlessness.
Actually I used to walk in the society garden for an hour, felt fresh yaar. Just wear good slippers na, joints get loose during pregnancy. And avoid afternoon sun, do it early.
I walk daily but I split it, like 30 min morning and 30 min evening, felt easier on my legs. My gynac cleared me for walking so I do it comfortably. If your doctor said ok, just listen to your body and slow down if tired.
