Can i watch movie in theatre during 2nd month pregnancy?
Friends are planning a movie this weekend and im 2 months along. Bit confused about the loud sound and all, is it okay or better to skip? Pls share if anyone went to theatre early on.
Actually there is no medical harm in watching a movie, baby is well protected inside. Just avoid very loud action films if the bass is too heavy, and carry a water bottle to stay hydrated. Take a break to stretch your legs every hour.
It's totally fine to go, just book a show during off-peak hours so it's less crowded. Avoid the long stairs and get aisle seats so you can run to the washroom easily. Early pregnancy fatigue is real, so don't choose a late-night show.
Haha go now only, otherwise after the baby comes, forget theatres, you won't even watch TV in peace! Just wear a comfortable loose dress and avoid eating too much outside popcorn if your stomach is sensitive. Have fun!
Honestly, I would suggest asking your gynac first because early pregnancy is very sensitive. In my second month, I had mild spotting and doctor strictly advised complete bed rest. If your pregnancy is low-risk, then only go.
Go and enjoy dear, you really need some fun before the baby arrives! I went for a movie in my first trimester too because I was feeling so low, and it actually lifted my mood. Just make sure the seat is comfortable.
