My normal bras feel tight now and someone at home said better to avoid wearing one. Thoda confused yaar. What do u all do, normal bra ok or some special one?
Yes definitely, just go for cotton soft bras without wires. I bought nursing bras a bit before delivery and they were so comfy later for feeding too. Pick a size up as you grow.
Of course you can, just switch to soft maternity or non wired ones as your size changes. Wired ones started feeling tight for me so I changed early. Comfort is the only rule.
