All my comfortable bras are padded ones and now im wondering if i should switch. Heard some say padded is not good during pregnancy. Is there anything to it really? Im second trimester btw.
Beti, in pregnancy, your comfort and well-being are paramount. If a padded bra feels comfortable and supportive to you, there's no harm in it. Just ensure it's not too tight or restrictive. Listen to your body and make choices that bring you peace and ease. Take care of yourself and stay positive.
Oh, this is a good question! I'm also pregnant right now and wondering about bras. I usually wear padded ones, but now my breasts are so sensitive. I'm thinking of switching to soft, non-wired ones. What do others suggest, is padded really okay?
I totally understand wanting to feel good and supported during pregnancy, especially as your body changes. If a padded bra makes you feel confident and comfortable, and it's not digging in anywhere, then it's absolutely fine. Focus on comfort and what feels right for you and your growing body.
Most pregnancy apps and articles suggest comfort over anything else for bras. Padded is fine as long as it's wireless and doesn't squeeze. Look for maternity-specific padded bras; they're designed for changing breasts. Also, check the material, breathable cotton is always better. Prioritize comfort and support throughout your pregnancy.
After everything to get pregnant, every little choice feels so big, na? For bras, comfort is really the key. If a padded bra feels good and provides the support you need without being restrictive, it's generally fine. Just ensure it's not wired and made of breathable material.
