I used to go gym regularly before and now im 9 weeks, missing it badly. Doesnt feel right to just sit whole day na. Is light workout okay in early days or should i wait, want to hear from others who continued.
I love my fitness routine, but during pregnancy, I switched to simple prenatal yoga and brisk walking. My gynac explicitly checked my scan reports before allowing any movement, so please ask your doctor first.
My tracking app recommended 30 mins of moderate walking or prenatal yoga daily. It really helps with delivery, but make sure your gynac gives you permission first.
Of course you can workout! I did modified strength training and walking till my 8th month. Just get a green signal from your gynac first and don't lift heavy weights.
