Can impotent person produce sperm can conceive a baby?
This is a bit of a personal question and im asking on behalf of understanding our situation. My husband has some issues but doctor said sperm count is fine. Bit confused how it all connects. Can someone explain?

We struggled on the male side and honestly please dont lose hope. With proper tests like a semen analysis, the doctor can tell whats actually going on. There are so many options now including IVF and ICSI, we got our baby that way.
