Can inj proluton depot 500 in pregnancy cause bleeding?
Doc gave me this injection and now im seeing a little spotting, so im quite tense. Is the bleeding linked to it or something else? Planning to call my gynac but wanted to hear if anyone had this.
I was on progesterone injections too, and they can sometimes cause slight spotting, but heavy bleeding is a concern. Please contact your gynecologist immediately to let them know. It is always better to get checked than to worry.
I took Proluton depot 500 weekly during my first trimester, and it was a lifesaver. Bleeding is usually not caused by the injection itself, but rather the underlying issue. Please consult your doctor immediately if you see any blood, they will guide you.
I have heard that Proluton is given to support the pregnancy and prevent bleeding. If you are seeing any blood, please contact your doctor right away just to be safe. I hope everything turns out well for you.
Listen to me, Proluton is meant to protect your pregnancy, but any bleeding during this time needs immediate attention. Don't panic, but do call your gynac right away to explain what is happening. Keep resting until you talk to the doctor.
I had this injection during my pregnancy to prevent miscarriage, and my doctor said it actually helps stop bleeding. But if you are experiencing any bleeding or spotting after the injection, please call your gynac immediately. Do not ignore it, let the doctor check.
Oh dear, I totally understand how terrifying it is to see any bleeding when you are on these injections. Please don't stress, but call your doctor immediately so they can reassure you and check on the baby. Sending you so much love and prayers.
Actually, Proluton is progesterone to support your pregnancy and stop bleeding, not cause it. If you are bleeding, it could be due to other reasons, so call your doctor or visit the clinic right now. Don't wait for online replies.
