Can injection antiemetics to be given in pregnancy?

My vomiting has been really bad this first trimester, cant keep anything down. The tablets arent helping much and i was wondering if they give injections for nausea during pregnancy. Has anyone been given an injection for this?

Anything injectable must be only by your doctor, never on your own. If vomiting is severe and you cant keep fluids down, go to your gynac, they will decide the safe option. Please dont self medicate.

When my dehydration got bad they admitted me and gave fluids plus medication. There are safe options used in pregnancy, but only a doctor should give them. If you are vomiting heavily, get to a doctor soon.

My vomiting was so bad I couldnt keep water down, and my doctor gave me an injection at the clinic for it. It helped a lot. But it was fully her decision and given by her, please dont arrange it yourself.
