I took a test this morning and there was like a faint coloured line that looked a bit smudged, not sure if its real or just the dye spreading. Got me totally confused. Has anyone seen this happen on their test?
Haan this happened to me, the line looked smudged and I freaked out. Dont stress, just do another one properly and read it in the right time frame. A blood test or repeat test clears all confusion.
Dye can spread if you use too much urine or wait too long. Don't go by a runny result, that's not reliable. Take a clean test next morning and follow timing strictly.
Yes actually if you dip the strip too deep the dye can run and look messy. I always read the result within the time window in the instructions, not after. If unsure just take a fresh test in the morning urine.
