It depends on your cycle length actually. For a 28 day cycle ovulation is around day 14, but it shifts for everyone, so day 18 can still be in range. Tracking your fertile window with an app gives a clearer picture.
Yes it's possible, sperm can survive a few days and ovulation timing varies. So you cant rule it out based on the day alone. If your period is late, just do a test after the due date yaar.
