Bit of an awkward one to ask but me and my husband are confused about this. Im 14 weeks, everything normal till now. Is it okay or should we avoid completely?
Yaar this is so normal to wonder about, dont feel shy. In a healthy pregnancy it is usually fine, just listen to your body and your doctor. Dont stress too much about it.
Honestly for most low risk pregnancies it is fine, doctors confirm this. If there is placenta issue, bleeding or threatened miscarriage history then they advise caution. Best to just ask your own gynac about your case.
Mine was a slightly risky pregnancy so my doctor asked us to avoid it for some weeks. So it really depends on your situation. Please clear it with your gynac before, just to be safe.
Yes it is generally safe in a normal healthy pregnancy, the baby is well protected. Both my pregnancies it was fine till the doctor said otherwise late on. But if you have any bleeding, pain or a high risk pregnancy, ask your gynac first.
