My cycles have always been all over the place, sometimes 35 days sometimes 45. We are trying since few months and im starting to worry if this is the reason its not happening. Anyone with irregular periods who still conceived?
Irregular cycles can make timing tricky but it is so manageable with the right support. Be gentle with yourself in this journey, it is not your fault at all. A fertility check up can give you clarity and a plan.
I had irregular periods from PCOS and yes it took us a bit longer because ovulation was unpredictable. It is not impossible at all though, I got pregnant with some doctor guidance. Dont lose hope, just get the underlying reason checked.
Irregular periods just mean you need to find your fertile days properly, thats all. Dont assume the worst. Go to a good gynac, get checked, and follow the plan, simple.
Mine are also irregular and I have the same worry, so I am following this. I read tracking ovulation helps more than counting period dates. Planning to ask my gynac soon for proper guidance.
