Yes! I barely felt anything in my early weeks and kept doubting the test. No nausea, nothing. I felt so confused but my scan showed everything was perfectly fine. Every body is different.

Totally possible. My second pregnancy i hardly had any symptoms compared to the first. No symptoms doesnt mean anything is wrong. A test and scan will confirm, dont go by symptoms alone.
