Can iv fluids cause dilutional coagulopathy in pregnancy?

I was on a lot of IV drip during my delivery and someone in my family who is a nurse mentioned this term. Got a bit worried thinking can too much fluids actually mess with clotting na? Just trying to understand, will ask my gynac also but wanted to know if anyone heard about this.
