Yesterday i kind of jumped to catch a falling vessel without thinking and now im so worried because im only 7 weeks. Cant stop overthinking it. Is early pregnancy really that fragile? pls tell me im just panicking for nothing.
I switched to gentle walks and prenatal yoga my doctor approved and skipped jumping, jogging type stuff entirely. Low impact is the way in pregnancy. Casual movements are fine, just dont do high impact workouts without your doctor's okay.
Don't scare yourself beta. A normal jump here and there is not going to harm the baby. Just be a little careful with intense activity. And anytime you feel something is off, your doctor is a call away.
Honestly I worried about every little jump and bump too in early pregnancy, my mind would spin. Doctor reassured me normal movements are fine, the body protects baby. I know how scary the thoughts get, but you are okay. Just avoid anything rough.
Casual movement is safe, but I was told to avoid jumping and high impact stuff, more so if there were any risk factors. If you already jumped and now have bleeding or strong cramps, please call your gynac. Otherwise dont panic.
Normal everyday movement, climbing stairs, a small jump, doesnt cause miscarriage, the baby is well protected. So relax. But heavy jumping, jerky exercise or lifting heavy is best avoided in pregnancy. If you are unsure about any activity, ask your gynac.
