Can jumping only once by mistake affect early pregnancy?
I jumped down a small step by mistake today and now im panicking, im only 7 weeks. It was just once but i keep thinking about it. Is this something to worry about? Will mention it to my doc but couldnt stop overthinking.
Relax, one small jump by mistake is nothing. The baby is floating safe inside, normal movements and minor jolts dont disturb it. If u ever get pain or bleeding then call ur doctor, otherwise ur totally fine.
I did the exact same thing in my early weeks and panicked for days. But the baby is really well cushioned in there, a single accidental jump doesnt cause harm. Mine turned out perfectly fine. Try not to worry.
A single accidental jump is very unlikely to cause any issue, so dont stress. Only if u notice cramping or spotting after, then ring ur gynac for peace of mind. Mostly u will be absolutely okay.
Dont be scared dear, one accidental jump will not affect ur pregnancy. The womb protects the baby very well at this stage. Just be a little careful going forward, thats all.
