Can laughing cause miscarriage in early pregnancy?
This might sound silly but im in my first trimester and someone in family said dont laugh too hard, it can harm the baby. Now im actually scared whenever i laugh loudly. Is there any truth to this or just a myth?
Yaar, kaisa question hai ye! Of course not, laughing is totally fine. Actually, it's good for your mood. Don't worry about such things, it's totally normal to laugh, sneeze, cough – all these things are not going to harm the baby.
No, absolutely not. Laughing is a natural human emotion and it's actually good for you, reduces stress. Your baby is very well protected inside. Don't believe such myths, focus on staying positive.
Sweetheart, please don't let such thoughts bother you. Laughing is such a beautiful thing, it brings joy and relaxes your body. It has no connection to miscarriage at all. Just relax, enjoy your pregnancy, and keep laughing!
Oh, dear! You're definitely overthinking this, which is totally normal in early pregnancy. Laughing won't cause a miscarriage, trust me. Enjoy those happy moments, stress is much worse than a good laugh! I know it's hard to not worry.
I can only share from my experience, and I laughed a lot during my pregnancies, loud laughs, funny laughs! My babies were absolutely fine. Your body is designed to protect your baby. If you're really concerned about anything, pls speak to your doctor.
