Sounds silly maybe but yesterday I was laughing a lot at some reel and felt a slight pull in lower tummy. Im only 6 weeks so im extra cautious about everything. Can hard laughing affect the baby this early or im just overthinking yaar?
Not at all, laughing is actually the best medicine! It releases happy hormones which are great for you and the baby. So laugh out loud as much as you want! 😊
I completely understand the anxiety, especially since I had a long PCOS journey and worried about every small thing. But honestly, laughing won't hurt the baby at all as they are very well protected in the womb.
Beta, laughing brings positive energy which is very good for the baby. Just make sure you don't strain your stomach too much with sudden movements. Keep yourself relaxed and eat healthy ghar ka khana.
When I was staying at my parents' house during my early months, my brothers used to crack so many jokes just to keep my mood happy. My mom always said a happy mother makes a healthy baby, so laugh freely!
Laughing is completely safe in early pregnancy, your baby is snug and secure. Though later on after my C-section, holding my belly to laugh was a task, but right now you have absolutely nothing to worry about!
Aww, I totally understand how every little thing makes us worry in the beginning. Laughing is actually beautiful because your baby feels your happiness. Enjoy these sweet moments without any fear, dear.
