I am on injections because of previous history and today saw light spotting. It is not heavy but I got scared immediately. I will call my gynac, just wanted to know if anyone else had spotting while on LMWH.

I was on blood thinner injections in my pregnancy and yes mild spotting can happen because it affects clotting. But please dont assume, call your gynac and tell them exactly how much spotting, they may want to check.

I dont want to say something wrong here since this is a medication thing. From what I know it can cause some spotting but every body reacts differently. Best to message your gynac directly, dont rely on us for this one.
