Low AMH doesn't mean natural pregnancy is impossible. Don't rush into expensive IVF cycles immediately, get a proper evaluation first to plan your budget.
As a medical fact, AMH is just one indicator of ovarian reserve. You can definitely still get pregnant naturally as long as you are ovulating regularly.
