We had some fertility issues on my husbands side and now im a bit anxious reading about all the complications. Just want to understand if the two things are connected at all. Anyone have info on this?
Im not a doctor so I dont want to say something wrong here. These two things felt separate when my gynac explained to me. If u are planning or worried, a sit down with a fertility specialist will clear it up much better.
I went through fertility treatment so I get the worry. Ectopic is more about the tube and egg side of things from what our doctor explained, not really sperm count. But please ask ur fertility doctor, they can explain it properly for ur case.
When we did our checkups the doc said ectopic usually relates to tube issues, past infections or surgeries, that side of things. Sperm count affects chances of conceiving more than where it implants. Still, best to confirm with ur own doctor.
Honestly these are technical things and I wouldnt rely on community guesses. Note ur question and ask the specialist directly, they deal with this daily and can reassure u properly.
