My period is a few days late and ive been having this dull lower back ache since couple days. We are trying so my mind is going everywhere right now. Did anyone feel back pain before testing positive?
For me yes, I had this dull lower back ache before I even tested, I felt it was just period coming but it wasn't. Everyone is different though. If your period is late, just take a test, that's the only way to be sure.
