My period is due in a couple days and ive had this dull lower back ache for almost a week now. Usually i dont get back pain before periods so im wondering. Could this be an early sign or am i overthinking?
I had this and kept googling it nonstop lol. Mild lower back pain can be an early sign but honestly so many things cause it. If its sharp or severe though, dont ignore it, get it checked.
